    I've been using this bus company for the past 18 years to travel from New York to Norfolk Virginia. Over the years I can definitely say the cleanliness of the bus has improved, I would say I wish the employee of the company was a little bit more polite and friendly however as you can see from my previous statement, their attitude hasn't stopped me from using their company over the 18 years so all in all it's all good

    I just take it for the convenience and low price. There are a lot of improvements that would need to be made prior to recommending to a friend or family member.
