    8 hours to rest stop is FAR TOO LONG! (8:30 pm-4:30 am). When we finally stopped, The rest facility was inadequate. Too few toilets for travelers and only 2 vending machines (1 for drinks; one for snacks). It feels CRUEL! Why?? Previous trips have offered FAR BETTER (partial-service rest stop). Why the inconsistency? I make this round-trip a few times a year and can’t count on the same experience. I’ve recommended this bus in the past but now re-thinking.
