    Email verification was malfunctioning for myself as well as others. Had to purchase two tickets due to not receiving verification via Email. Others were removed from bus because of this same problem. Attempted to contact someone by phone, unsuccessfully. So ended up losing money. Clearly if more than a couple of riders we’re experiencing the same issue then they should have been attempting to resolve this problem instead of asking for nore money.
