    When buying the tickets it said 4.30am to 9.30am but we didn't get to new York until 11.30am. And the driver didn't even apologize

    No complaints other than the bus was freezing. It was blowing cold air on a chilly wet day. I heard someone ask to have cold air turned off / heat but it didn’t change.
